By using this catalog, you accept these terms. You don't have to read them. Nobody reads them. But by not reading them, you agree to them anyway. That is, regrettably, how this works.
1. As-is, as-ever. This site is provided "as is," with no warranty, guarantee, or recourse should it be down, slow, or missing the one image you wanted. We accept no responsibility for missed deadlines, cold dinners, or the words "just one more scroll."
2. Your images, my images. Everything here is Max's own work, and only Max can add to it. You are welcome to look as long as you like. You are not welcome to sell it. The difference is, we feel, intuitive.
3. The thumbnail clause. What you see are viewing copies, shrunk so they load before you lose interest. They are for looking at, not for printing. Print one anyway and the pixels will know, and they will be disappointed in you.
4. No refunds. It is free. Mathematics does not permit refunding less than nothing, and we are not about to set that precedent.
5. Right to wonder. You are entitled to exactly one moment of "ooh, pretty." Additional moments are complimentary but not contractually guaranteed.
That is the whole agreement. Go look at something beautiful — or do not. We are a Terms of Service, not your mother.
